Confiture Parisienne Redcurrant, Raspberry and Violet Jam

In 2015, Nadège Gaultier and Laura Goninet founded Confiture Parisienne with the goal of reviving a cherished Parisian tradition, creating exceptional jams from equally exceptional ingredients.

Confiture Parisienne’s recipes feature surprising and unique flavours but remain true to traditional, artisanal methods. Each batch is cooked slowly in copper cauldrons, allowing the ingredients to harmonize perfectly and are crafted without any additives or preservatives.

Carefully handmade in Paris, this jam is made of fresh redcurrants, raspberries and a hint of violet. Its unique texture in between a jam and a jelly. Enjoy it on a delicious croissant or simply spread it on toast. 250g jar. Ingredients: Redcurrant, raspberry and violet jelly, pectin, lemon. May contain traces of: eggs, milk, nuts, sesame, gluten.
