French Strawberry Cherry Blossom Jam

Confiture Parisienne presents Fraise Fleur de cerisier jam – a classic recipe revisited with that little extra “something” to enhance your breakfasts. They  use much more fruit than unrefined cane sugar and cook in small batch quantities in their kitchens in the heart of Paris. A delicious recipe combining strawberries carefully harvested in season in the Dordogne and a cherry blossom syrup to add a floral, honey, almond and slightly acid note.
