Shipping Information
Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.95, Please contact us for help with small orders under £10 where we may be able to reduce delivery costs for you. We are happy to post items to anywhere in the world – please contact us for overseas delivery charges.
For items in stock, orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.
We will always let you know as soon as possible if items are unavailable or if there will be a delay.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We know it can be a little worrying ordering online from somewhere new. We want you to be really happy with your order, so if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a full refund or exchange.
If an item arrives damaged or we have made a mistake, please let us know within 7 days and we will pay for return postage or courier. If an item is simply unsuitable, we offer a full refund or exchange, providing you return it to us in perfect, unused condition within 7 days. You will be liable for the return postage costs, as we only offer free returns on faulty goods or where the error is ours. Your statutory rights are not affected.
To return an item, please wrap securely and use an insured registered delivery, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
