Refund Policy
We want you to love everything you bring home from Nest Living. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused and in original packaging.
For “change of mind” returns the customer is liable for return postage and Nest Living will refund the cost of the item only, and not the original postage cost. Nest Living will pay to return any damaged or incorrect items sent.
To begin a return, simply get in touch at hello@nestliving.net and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we'll make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, just drop us a message.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The same condition requirements apply.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll be in touch to confirm whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days — please allow a little extra time for your bank to complete the transaction. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, please contact us at hello@nestliving.net.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rosie@nestliving.net.
