Sthal Large Lavender Jug / Pitcher. This is the piece de resistance of the collection – a substantial centrepiece jug that can be used for milk, gravy, sauces, heck - even flowers!

The generous handle of this jug makes it easy to hold and the elegant spout is designed to pour accurately without spills. The oversized jug is decorated with flowers, a peacock, leaves & tendrils in a lustrous crackle glaze finish.

It was utterly & completely *love at first sight* for this beautifully bohemian crockery from Swedish designers Sthal. “Arabesque” is made up of different shapes, sizes, glazes, colours & patterns. The nature of the glazes means no 2 pieces are identical. The colour palette and imprinted designs of flowers, birds & intertwining leaves are inspired by nature & designed to mix & match seamlessly.  Lush pastel colours blend effortlessly together and enhance the presentation of even the simplest meal. The collection has a beautifully hand crafted, organic appearance, with a vintage feel that is destined to become future family heirlooms.

All items are made in Portugal from white stoneware clay & lustrous glazes which are fired to extremely high temperatures making it practical & durable. Dishwasher safe & ready for microwave or oven use, Arabesque is both useful AND beautiful (William Morris would approve).
